Meet your host
Jason Brenner
Jason Brenner is the senior vice president of digital portfolio at FedEx, where he leads digital product and commercialization, helping businesses build resilient supply chain experiences. The FedEx network gives him a unique view into how shipper and consumer behaviors are changing, with nearly 18 million shipments and 600 million tracking requests moving through the network every day.
As host of the Outside the Box podcast, Jason focuses on helping businesses turn that data into action, using digital tools and predictive analytics to anticipate disruptions, better understand customers, and simplify post-purchase journeys.
He has shared his perspective on the future of commerce and logistics with outlets including TODAY, CNBC, and Supply Chain Dive, as well as at industry events including Shoptalk, RILA, and Home Delivery World. Before joining FedEx, Jason held executive leadership roles in e-commerce and strategy at Michaels, Equinox Fitness, Jet, and Walmart. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
